I turned to food and nutrition in 2019 as a foundation to cope with depression, anxiety, and women's health challenges.
Having more experience being a patient over a healthcare provider, I can translate scientific medical concepts to patient-friendly terms and explanations.
Eating healthier is a daunting project when you are coping every day. I hope to fill the gap of intention and action with nutrition awareness, knowledge, and skills.
